'Hello all aquarium lovers...... As u guys know that the spinach is good for health.... It can be fed to ur fishes also as it has lot of nutrients and vitamins ,minerals ,etc....   HOW TO FEED?  *Take some spinach leaves. * wash them. * And boil them... * Throw them to ur tank....  Ur fishes will feed on them....  Caution:      Don\'t let the spinach in tank for more than      5 minutes.         Feed ur fishes occasionally like a treat....  HAPPY FISH KEEPING
